No funding rounds, no acquisition story. Just work that led to more work.

2019

Two engineers and one clientStarted as a contract build for a regional haulier who needed dispatch software and could not find anyone who would quote it honestly.

2021

Fixed price became the defaultAfter enough projects to know what things actually cost, we moved to quoting after a paid discovery instead of guessing in the first call.

2023

Design brought in-houseHanding designs between companies was costing weeks. Product design now sits in the same team as the engineers building it.

2025

AI work, where it paysDocument processing and triage for clients with real volume, always with evaluation and a human path. We turn down the rest.

2026

24 people, still no subcontractingGrowth has been slower than it could have been, deliberately. Everyone who works on your product is on our payroll.

Say the number early

A price after discovery that holds unless you change the scope. If we cannot quote a project honestly, we say that instead of padding it.

Show working software

A running build at the end of every two-week increment. Progress you can click through, not a status document.

You own everything

Code in your repository from the first commit, with documentation. No proprietary framework you have to keep paying us for.

The builders stay on

Support goes to the engineers who wrote the code, not to a separate desk reading a runbook.
